ServerLift Corporation

ServerLift Corporation is located in Phoenix, Arizona — a rapidly expanding center of high technology.

The Corporation was established in 2002. During its first phase, the founders focused on the ServerLift's design and development. Raytech Corporation (www.raytechcorp.com), also of Phoenix, Arizona, a product design and development firm, was retained as ServerLift Corporation's "design office." A key attribute of Raytech's approach was to "design for manufacture". Raytech continues as ServerLift Corporation's design studio and engineering office.

Extensive research was carried out to further define and refine the marketplace and identify key attributes required to lift and move servers and peripheral equipment safely. The research included assessing existing server lifting devices to learn what improvements are needed to meet market requirements. Literally hundreds of interviews of data center professionals were performed to gather the needed information.

Once a set of requirements was developed, a fully functional prototype was produced to test manufacturing processes and perform stress and other failure mode and effect analyses on the device. The prototype was demonstrated to selected data center "opinion leaders" to validate the design's operation and functionality. Modifications to the manufacturing process and design concept were then incorporated. Design and production operations undergo a continuing program of improvement based on customer feedback and field experience.

Hundreds of ServerLifts have been deployed globally. It has been adopted at all levels of government, the private sector and institutions including health care and educational entities.

Based on client feedback, ServerLift Corporation has developed and is continuously updating a product roadmap. Our goal is to produce a portfolio of data center safety and efficiency offerings.

As a group, ServerLift Corporation's management is highly experienced in all aspects of turning a business plan into reality within a short time frame. The team has demonstrable experience in all areas needed to achieve success: product conceptualization, design, engineering, production, logistics, finance and operations, marketing, sales, etc.
